Bu koşullar, Rally Pulse adlı iPhone ve iPad oyununun kullanımını açıklar. Oyunu kullanmadan ve uygulama içi satın alma yapmadan önce bu metni inceleyin. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.

01Oyunun kullanımı

Rally Pulse kişisel eğlence amacıyla sunulur. Temel oynanış için ayrı bir Rally Pulse hesabı oluşturmanız gerekmez. Apple Game Center gibi isteğe bağlı özellikler, ilgili hizmete giriş yapmanızı ve internet bağlantısı kullanmanızı gerektirebilir.

App Store'da gösterilen yaş derecelendirmesine ve cihaz gereksinimlerine uyun. Bulunduğunuz yerde gerekli olduğu durumlarda bir ebeveynin veya yasal temsilcinin izniyle oynayın ve satın alma yapın.

02Lisans ve fikri haklar

Oyunun indirilmesi, oyun veya içeriği üzerindeki fikri mülkiyet haklarının size devredildiği anlamına gelmez. Oyunun yazılımı, adı, görselleri, sesleri ve diğer içerikleri üzerindeki haklar geliştiriciye veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir.

App Store üzerinden edinilen uygulamanın lisansı için, uygulamayla ayrıca sunulmuş özel bir lisans sözleşmesi yoksa Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi uygulanır. Bu sayfa, söz konusu lisans sözleşmesinin yerine geçmez.

03Adil ve güvenli kullanım

Oyunu hukuka uygun biçimde kullanın. Hile yoluyla skorları veya satın alma kayıtlarını değiştirmeyin; güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya, hizmetlere zarar vermeye ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmeye çalışmayın. İçeriği izinsiz olarak yeniden dağıtmayın. Kanunun veya ilgili açık kaynak lisanslarının açıkça izin verdiği kullanımlar saklıdır.

04Satın almalar ve ACE Points

Rally Pulse, ACE Points paketleri gibi isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar sunar. Satın alacağınız ürün ve güncel fiyatı, işlemi onaylamadan önce uygulama ve Apple satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Ödemeler Apple'ın uygulama içi satın alma sistemi üzerinden yapılır.

ACE Points oyun içinde kullanılan tüketilebilir sanal puanlardır; gerçek para, yatırım aracı veya oyun dışında kullanılabilen bir ödeme aracı değildir. Puanlar oyun içindeki ilgili işlemlerde harcanır. Kullanılmış tüketilebilir ürünler, kalıcı satın almalarla aynı geri yükleme işleyişine sahip değildir.

Rally Pass aboneliği. Rally Pass, otomatik yenilenen isteğe bağlı bir aboneliktir (aylık veya yıllık). Abonelik sürdüğü sürece oyundaki tüm kozmetik eşyalar kullanılabilir, turlar arasındaki reklamlar gösterilmez ve her turda reklamsız bir devam hakkı verilir. Fiyat ve dönem, satın almadan önce uygulamada ve Apple satın alma ekranında gösterilir; ücret, satın alma onaylandığında Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, deneme bitmeden iptal edilmezse dönem ücreti tahsil edilir.

Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süre ve fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi cihazınızda Ayarlar > Apple Hesabı > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Abonelik sona erdiğinde yalnızca ACE Points ile satın aldığınız veya seviye ile kazandığınız eşyalar sizde kalır.

Apple üzerinden yapılan satın almalar için iade talebinizi Apple'ın sorun bildirme sayfasından iletebilirsiniz. Uygunluk ve değerlendirme Apple'ın sürecine ve geçerli kurallara bağlıdır; her talebin kabul edileceği garanti edilmez. Apple'ın iade açıklamalarını inceleyin. Bu koşullar, kanunen sahip olduğunuz tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.

05Reklamlar ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Oyun; reklam gösterimi, reklam ölçümü, Game Center ve uygulama içi satın alma gibi özellikler için üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden (Apple, Google, Meta) yararlanır. Bu hizmetlerin kullanılabilirliği internet bağlantısına, cihaz ayarlarına, bölgeye ve hizmet sağlayıcısına göre değişebilir. Reklamın her zaman bulunacağı veya çevrimiçi özelliklerin kesintisiz çalışacağı garanti edilmez.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetlere veya reklam bağlantılarına eriştiğinizde, ilgili sağlayıcının koşulları ve gizlilik açıklamaları da geçerli olabilir.

06Gizlilik ve oyun verileri

Verilerin nasıl işlendiği ve kullanıcı kontrolleri ayrı Gizlilik Politikası sayfasında açıklanır. Bu koşulların kabulü, ayrıca izin gerektiren veri işleme faaliyetleri için tek başına izin sayılmaz.

Uygulamayı silmek veya cihaz değiştirmek yerel oyun ilerlemesini etkileyebilir. Game Center gibi hizmetlerde tutulan bilgiler, cihazdaki yerel verilerden ayrı olarak yönetilir. Veri silmeyle ilgili açıklamalar için gizlilik politikasını, sorularınız için destek sayfasını kullanın.

07Güncellemeler ve kullanılabilirlik

Hata düzeltmeleri, uyumluluk, güvenlik ve oynanış geliştirmeleri için güncellemeler sunulabilir. Özellikler ve teknik gereksinimler sürümler arasında değişebilir. Oyunun her cihazda hatasız veya kesintisiz çalışacağına ilişkin bir taahhüt verilmez; geçerli mevzuattan doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

08Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu koşullar güncellendiğinde sayfanın başındaki tarih değiştirilir. Kullanımınızı önemli ölçüde etkileyen değişiklikler için uygun bir bilgilendirme yapılır ve hukuken gerekli olduğunda onayınız istenir. Değişiklikler, önceden doğmuş haklarınızı geriye dönük olarak ortadan kaldırmaz.

Terms for using the game

These terms describe the use of Rally Pulse, a game for iPhone and iPad. Please read them before using the game or making in-app purchases. If you don't accept them, you can stop using the app.

01Using the game

Rally Pulse is offered for personal entertainment. You don't need a separate Rally Pulse account for core gameplay. Optional features such as Apple Game Center may require you to sign in to that service and use an internet connection.

Follow the age rating and device requirements shown on the App Store. Where required in your location, play and make purchases with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

02Licence and intellectual property

Downloading the game does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the game or its content to you. Rights in the game's software, name, artwork, sounds and other content belong to the developer or the relevant rights holders.

Unless a separate licence agreement is provided with the app, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app obtained from the App Store. This page does not replace that agreement.

03Fair and safe use

Use the game lawfully. Don't alter scores or purchase records by cheating; don't try to bypass security measures, harm the services or infringe other people's rights. Don't redistribute the content without permission. Uses expressly permitted by law or by the relevant open-source licences are unaffected.

04Purchases and ACE Points

Rally Pulse offers optional in-app purchases such as ACE Points packs. The product and its current price are shown in the app and on Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm. Payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.

ACE Points are consumable virtual points used inside the game. They are not real money, an investment or a means of payment outside the game. Points are spent on the relevant in-game actions. Consumed consumable products are not restored the way permanent purchases are.

Rally Pass subscription. Rally Pass is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). While it is active, every cosmetic item in the game can be used, no ads are shown between rounds, and each round includes one continue without an ad. The price and period are shown in the app and on Apple's purchase sheet before you buy; payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Where a free trial is offered, the period's price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it on your device in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. When the subscription ends, you keep only the items you bought with ACE Points or earned by level.

For purchases made through Apple, you can request a refund on Apple's Report a Problem page. Eligibility and review follow Apple's process and applicable rules; not every request is guaranteed to be accepted. Read Apple's refund information. These terms do not limit any consumer rights you have by law.

05Ads and third-party services

The game relies on third-party services (Apple, Google, Meta) for features such as ad delivery, ad measurement, Game Center and in-app purchases. Their availability may vary with your connection, device settings, region and provider. We don't guarantee that an ad will always be available or that online features will work without interruption.

When you use third-party services or ad links, that provider's terms and privacy notices may also apply.

06Privacy and game data

How data is processed and the controls you have are described in the separate Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms does not by itself count as consent for any data processing that requires separate permission.

Deleting the app or changing devices can affect local game progress. Information held in services such as Game Center is managed separately from local data on your device. See the privacy policy for data deletion and the support page for questions.

07Updates and availability

Updates may be released for bug fixes, compatibility, security and gameplay improvements. Features and technical requirements may change between versions. We make no promise that the game will run error-free or uninterrupted on every device; your statutory rights are unaffected.

08Changes to these terms

When these terms are updated, the date at the top of the page changes. For changes that significantly affect your use, appropriate notice will be given and your consent requested where legally required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired.
